Lash line enhancement focuses on the upper lash base for discreet definition. Classic eyeliner adds a fine visible upper line. Winged eyeliner adds an outer extension where the eyelid anatomy is suitable.
Which eyeliner tattoo is best for hooded eyes?
There is no universal answer. The eyelid needs assessment with the eyes open and closed. A lash enhancement or classic line may be worth discussing rather than assuming a wing will sit well.
Does lash line enhancement make my lashes grow?
No. It uses pigment to define the lash base; it does not create, grow or lengthen real lashes. It is different from lash extensions or a lash lift.
Is one option less painful or quicker to heal?

Will permanent eyeliner stay exactly the same forever?
No. Colour and definition can fade or change, but pigment may remain beyond visible fading. A wing is a lasting shape decision, not makeup you can wipe off. Removal or correction can be difficult.
